After seeing the success of the SOAR and Chart Your Course programs, the HR team at Kaman Industrial Technologies (KIT), a Kaman Distribution Group business segment, reached out looking for assistance to create branding for KIT University. The brand needed to tie back to the overall KDG culture and maintain its connection to the existing Chart Your Course onboarding brand.

A custom PowerPoint template was also created for both internal and external use.
